Policies
Minimum Order Amounts
$200 minimum for first orders, $100 for subsequent orders.
Turnaround Time
Orders will ship between 1-4 weeks; 8 weeks maximum for orders over $500.
Payment
Email poppyjewelrydesigns@gmail.com to place your order. An invoice will be emailed with the wholesale discount and is to be paid upon receipt, before fulfillment of your order.
Shipping
Flat rate $10 shipping or free shipping for orders over $150.
Packaging
Items will be packaged with sturdy earring or necklace cards so they are ready for display. Branded jewelry boxes are included with your order upon request.
Your invoice will include the product name, SKU, materials used, wholesale and retail price, and any additional important information regarding your jewelry.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns will be accepted for jewelry in original condition and packaging within 10 business days of receiving your items. After 10 days, returns will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please email poppyjewelrydesigns@gmail.com with any concerns or return inquiries. If you experience any issues with your order, or an item broke in transit, please reach out to me at poppyjewelrydesigns@gmail.com.
