The time it takes for me to process and ship out an order varies, but ranges between 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5pm PST will be processed the next business day. Keep in mind I am a full-time graduate student and work another part-time job as well, so my processing time may take up to 5 business days on occasion, especially around the holidays.
Once an order ships, I have no control over how long it will take in the mail, but you will receive tracking information once I ship your order.
I charge a $4 flat rate shipping fee. Orders that surpass 1 pound will be charged an additional $1.65 ($5.65 total) in shipping fees. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
If you are local to Seattle and would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, please contact us so we can schedule a time!
We do not currently ship internationally, but please contact us if you are interested, as this may change in the future.
I am not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail, however please contact us if this should happen so we can work out a solution.
Returns, Cancellations, and Changes
We do not offer returns at this time, all sales are final. However, if you experience any issues with your order, or an item broke in transit please contact us or reach out to us at email@example.com. You may view our full refund policy here.
