Refund policy
We do not accept returns, however, if you experience any issues with your order, or an item broke in transit, please reach out to us at poppyjewelrydesigns@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For items that broke in transit, we might be able to send a replacement on a case-by-case basis, as some items we may be unable to replace (one-of-a-kind items, some custom orders). If we are unable to send you a replacement, you will receive a full refund for the item.
Refunds
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
