Shipping policy

Order Processing

Please allow 1-5 business days to process your order. All items in my shop are made to order; if additional time will be needed to complete your order, I will reach out to you via email. You will be emailed a tracking number when your order is on the way!

Shipping Time

Once an order ships, I have no control over how long it will take in the mail, but you will receive tracking information once I ship your order.

Local Pickup

For those local to Seattle, I offer local pickup in Fremont. Please leave a note at checkout and email me at poppyjewelrydesigns@gmail.com to coordinate.

Shipping Options

At checkout, enter your shipping address and choose the shipping option that works best for you. We offer carbon neutral shipping and a flat rate shipping fee of $5 for small orders (8oz or less). Heavier orders (8oz or more) will be charged another $2 ($7 total) for shipping to account for the change in parcel weight. Standard shipping takes 3-4 business days once USPS is in possession of the item. 

We also offer Priority Mail Plus for $8 (which takes 2-3 days once USPS is in possession of the item), or Express shipping for $30 (which takes 1-2 business days once USPS is in possession of the item.

Free shipping automatically applies to all U.S. orders over $50. Currently we only ship within the U.S.

Lost Packages

I am not responsible for packages that are lost in the mail, however please contact us if this should happen so we can work out a solution.
